With over 25 years of experience, I have been providing comprehensive pregnancy, birth, and postnatal support and education. In addition I have innovated and developed a unique and sustainable Skin-to-Skin Gown for use in pregnancy and beyond
As an unwavering advocate for lifelong learning, caregiving, knowledge sharing, and innovative thinking, I strongly believe that it is time for us to embrace alternative approaches. Let's embark on a journey of trying something different!

We are very pleased to announce the arrival of our baby boy! He arrived safely in the Winter of 2024, on our terms and we couldn’t be happier.
As a result I’ll be taking a pause from providing Doula services for the moment to focus on our little family, but would like to direct you to my Doula Blog as a useful reference.
National Women’s Enterprise Week June 19th-23rd 2023
I was enthused inspired, and proud to participate (and speak) at the inaugural National Women's Enterprise Week held at Westminster in collaboration with Make It Your Business/MIYRB. This nationwide initiative aims to inspire and provide assistance to women in starting or expanding their own businesses.
